SHELLY! Adoptable Waggy of the Week!

Shelly is a 4 year old, ~9lb purebred Chihuahua. The beautiful little girl was rescued from a puppy mill in Texas and has been making huge strides forward in foster care here in New York!

Shelly is still shy but is learning to trust people, and she responds very positively when she has another role-model dog around!

Shelly loves the company of other pups (here she is wth recently adopted Rose at the recent Adoptapalooza event in prospect park!) and we would love for her to be adopted into a family that already has a dog she can be besties with!
